Am I the only one who doesn't look forward to the weekend? On a good weekend it's just like any other day... lately it's just been insane. Sarah comes home with all of her hyperness and drama... Jordan is off work... and the house is filled with their loud friends.... leaving dishes and their other droppings everywhere. Monday is the day I look forward to when the house calm and quiet again... well... as calm and quiet as it can be with a 4 year old running around peeing in the floor. Will this child be potty trained by the time she turns 10???...... maybe. Will Sarah and Jordan and their friends ever learn to pick up after themselves???... maybe. sounds like your weekends are very hectic. it is always frustrating when your grown children don't have the consideration to pick up their own mess and leave it for you. my daughter got better after she moved out and had her own place. she now tells me that she understands why i was so crabby when they left crap laying around, as she is having to pick up after her man...hehehe.

Yes, weekends are certainly NOT what they used to be around here, either. Nick is forever trying to run out the door to be with his girlfriend and in the process does everything half-ass which makes me want to scream. My younger son is like a mini tornado where he just takes everything out all weekend long. There is no rest for the weary, that's for sure!
